To the Editor,

I know that I am not alone when I say that going to the dentist is not something anyone really looks forward to. I have been scared of the dentist since I was a small child, avoiding the office as much as possible and in turn neglecting my dental health. I recently decided that I would bite the bullet and get some preventative work done as I am not getting any younger and having a healthy mouth is important to me.

I looked online at a few places out of town before deciding to “sample” a Lumberton dentist. I normally do not get medical care in Lumberton because of the lack of customer service. However, a friend of mine said that she loved her dentist and that I should just give him a try. I admit being hesitant but I figured if I didn’t like the initial exam and cleaning, I could just continue my search. I called and made an appointment and was seen within a week (impressive). I arrived at my appointment on edge and I was greeted at the reception desk with the warmest smile and I was completely blown away by the entire staff and care I received that day.

I just wanted to publicly thank Dr. Colin Osborne and his entire staff. I can proudly say I am not longer afraid of the dentist. Everyone in the office really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on with every step. I will never go anywhere else.
